Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. Most tools work without any signup. You only need an account if you want to use AI-powered tools that require credits (blog generator, ad copy writer, code explainer, etc.). Browser-based tools like JSON formatter, password generator, and word counter work without any account.
How do AI credits work?
Free accounts get 10 AI credits per day, which refresh daily. Premium accounts (Rs 499/month) get 20 credits per day. Each AI-powered tool uses 1 credit per generation. Utility tools that run in your browser don't use any credits.
Is my data safe?
For browser-based tools (developer utilities, image editors, text tools), all processing happens locally in your browser. Your data never leaves your device. For AI-powered tools, your input is sent to the AI model over HTTPS and discarded immediately after processing — it is never stored in a database.
Can I request a new tool?
Yes. Submit a support ticket with the category "Feature Request" and describe the tool you need. We build tools based on user demand — if enough people request something, we prioritize it on our roadmap.
How do I report a bug?
Submit a support ticket with the category "Bug Report". Include the tool URL, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and your browser/device information. Screenshots help if the bug is visual.
What browsers are supported?
All modern browsers are supported: Chrome (90+), Firefox (88+), Safari (15+), and Edge (90+). Some tools that use advanced APIs (like the background remover's ONNX runtime) may not work in older browsers. JavaScript must be enabled.
