Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ToolmetryAI, including all AI-powered tools, features, services, and content available through our platform at toolmetry.pro. ToolmetryAI provides a comprehensive suite of AI tools including document generators, image processing utilities, text analyzers, code assistants, content rewriters, and other AI-driven features powered by models such as Google Gemini and OpenRouter.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By accessing or using ToolmetryAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ToolmetryAI.

Use of Services

You agree to use ToolmetryAI responsibly, ethically, and only for lawful purposes. Our AI tools are designed to assist with legitimate creative, educational, and professional tasks, and you must not use them in ways that cause harm or violate applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Generating illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or misleading content through any AI tool - Using AI-generated content to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself or others - Abusing, overloading, scraping, botting, or otherwise disrupting platform systems, APIs, or infrastructure - Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code or underlying models of the platform - Accessing restricted systems, APIs, or areas of the platform without authorization - Using another person's account without their explicit permission or sharing your account credentials with others - Bypassing usage limits, credit restrictions, bans, security protections, or rate limits through any means - Violating intellectual property rights, including generating content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or patents - Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code through any tool or feature - Using the platform to generate content for spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice. We may also remove generated content that violates these Terms and report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

User Accounts

Access to certain features and AI tools on ToolmetryAI requires a registered account. You can sign in using Google Authentication, which provides a secure and streamlined registration process. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@toolmetry.pro if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits, bypass restrictions, circumvent bans, or exploit platform features. Creating accounts using automated means or false information is prohibited. We reserve the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate accounts without prior notice.

If your account is compromised or you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account, which may include resetting your session, temporarily restricting access, or requiring re-authentication through Google.

AI-Generated Content

ToolmetryAI provides AI-powered tools that generate content based on your inputs. These tools include document generators, image processing utilities, text summarizers, code assistants, content rewriters, and other AI-driven features. The content generated by these tools is produced by machine learning models, including Google Gemini and models accessed through OpenRouter, based on the prompts, parameters, and data you provide.

You retain ownership of the content you generate using ToolmetryAI. However, you are fully responsible for how you use, publish, distribute, or rely on any AI-generated content. You must review all generated outputs before using them for any purpose, as AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, hallucinations, biased information, or unexpected results. AI models generate content probabilistically and cannot guarantee factual accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

Specific accuracy disclaimers: Document generators may produce text with incorrect facts, outdated information, or logical inconsistencies. Code generators may produce code with bugs, security vulnerabilities, or deprecated practices. Image processing tools may produce unexpected visual results. Text analyzers may misinterpret context or nuance. None of these outputs should be treated as verified or authoritative without independent human review.

You must not represent AI-generated content as human-authored professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, engineering, or therapeutic advice. You must not use AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to block, filter, or refuse content generation that violates these Terms, our platform rules, or applicable laws, without prior notice or explanation.

Acceptable Use of AI Outputs

When using AI-generated content from ToolmetryAI, you agree to the following acceptable use guidelines. These guidelines are designed to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI technology.

You must clearly disclose that content was generated or assisted by AI when required by applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies where the content is published. For example, academic submissions, professional reports, and published articles should appropriately attribute AI involvement where required.

You must not use AI-generated content to create deepfakes, misinformation, propaganda, or any material designed to deceive or manipulate others. You must not generate content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, violence, or illegal activities. You must not use AI-generated images or text to impersonate real individuals without their consent.

You must not use AI-generated content from ToolmetryAI to compete directly with the platform, create derivative services, or resell generated content as part of a competing product without explicit written permission. Bulk generation of content for resale, redistribution, or automated posting without attribution may be subject to additional restrictions.

We reserve the right to impose additional usage limits, require attribution, or restrict access to specific tools for users who violate these acceptable use guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Intellectual Property

The ToolmetryAI platform, including its branding, design, logos, user interface, software architecture, and all underlying code, is the proprietary property of ToolmetryAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Content you submit to the platform — such as prompts, uploaded images, and input text — remains your property. By submitting content to ToolmetryAI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing our AI tools and services to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

AI-generated content that you produce using ToolmetryAI tools belongs to you, subject to the terms outlined in the AI-Generated Content section above. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may resemble or overlap with other content due to the nature of machine learning models, and ToolmetryAI makes no guarantee that AI-generated content is unique, original, or free from third-party intellectual property claims.

You must not use the ToolmetryAI name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Payments & Refunds

Certain features of ToolmetryAI require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits. Our credit system allows you to purchase a set number of generation credits that can be used across our AI tools. Each AI tool consumes a specific number of credits per generation, which is clearly displayed before you initiate a generation. Credits are deducted from your balance upon successful generation of output.

Pricing and plans may change over time, and we will provide reasonable notice before implementing price changes for existing subscriptions. Paid plans are one-time purchases for the billing period and do not auto-renew. You must manually repurchase to continue using premium features after the current period ends. Credits, once purchased, are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payments are processed through Dodo Payments, our authorized payment processor. Dodo Payments securely handles all payment transactions and billing information in compliance with applicable payment security standards. We do not store your full credit card or payment instrument details on our servers. All payment processing is subject to Dodo Payments' terms of service and privacy policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Premium subscriptions can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, you must contact our support team via Discord (discord.gg/ygVcQwxAHP) or email (support@toolmetry.pro) within 24 hours of the transaction. After 24 hours, cancellations and refunds are no longer available. This policy exists because premium access is activated immediately upon payment and AI credits are made available right away. Refund requests for billing errors or technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the 24-hour window. Used credits, completed generations, or partially used subscriptions are generally not refundable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.

Limitation of Liability

ToolmetryAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or perfect AI accuracy. Specifically, we do not warrant that: (a) the platform will meet your specific requirements; (b) AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose; (c) the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions; or (d) any defects in the platform will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolmetryAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or AI-generated content. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform exceed the amount you paid to ToolmetryAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

User Responsibility

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToolmetryAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the platform or any AI-generated content; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or (d) any content you create, submit, or distribute through the platform.

You are solely responsible for your use of ToolmetryAI and any content you create or distribute using the platform. This includes ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

ToolmetryAI reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate fully with our defense. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, but our failure to provide notice does not relieve you of your indemnification obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or related to these Terms, the platform, or your use of ToolmetryAI services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction. Any claim or dispute must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.

For users located outside India, you acknowledge that these Terms are governed by Indian law and that any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts. You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to your use of the platform in your jurisdiction.

Termination

You may stop using ToolmetryAI at any time by simply discontinuing use of the platform. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at support@toolmetry.pro. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, abuse of platform services, engaging in prohibited activities, fraudulent behavior, creating a security risk, or any other conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the platform, our users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform and its tools will cease immediately. We may delete your account data, generation history, and associated content in accordance with our data retention policy. Any credits remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited without refund. Termination for convenience (at your request) will allow you to use remaining credits for a reasonable period before account closure.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or platform features. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the platform, by email, or through other reasonable means.

Your continued use of ToolmetryAI after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request deletion of your account.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations. It is your responsibility to check for updates. We will not be liable for any failure to review updated Terms.

Advertising

ToolmetryAI displays advertisements on its platform through Google AdSense to support the free tier of our service. Google AdSense is the only advertising network we use. We do not use pop-ups, pop-unders, misleading ad placements, or any other ad networks. This section discloses our advertising practices in full transparency.

Google AdSense is an advertising service provided by Google LLC that serves personalized and non-personalized ads on our platform. By using ToolmetryAI, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed alongside our tools and content. These advertisements help us maintain free access to the majority of our tools.

When you visit ToolmetryAI, Google AdSense may set the following advertising cookies on your device:

• __gads — Used to identify signed-in users and track ad interactions. Duration: 2 years. • __gpi — Used for ad personalization and tracking user preferences across sites. Duration: 2 years. • IDE — Google DoubleClick cookie used for ad targeting, frequency capping, and reporting. Duration: 1 year. • NID — Stores user preferences and enables personalized ad delivery. Duration: 6 months. • DSID — Used for ad targeting and measurement across Google services. Duration: 2 weeks.

These cookies enable Google to collect information about your browsing behavior on our site and across the web to display advertisements that are relevant to your interests and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Google may share this data with its advertising partners for ad targeting and measurement purposes.

We implement Google Consent Mode on our platform, which communicates your consent choices to Google. When you decline advertising cookies through our Cookie Consent banner, we set the ad_storage parameter to "denied," which restricts Google AdSense from setting advertising cookies and limits ad personalization. Advertising cookies are only set after you provide explicit consent through our Cookie Consent banner.

Advertising Disclosure: ToolmetryAI is supported by advertising revenue. Ads displayed on our platform are clearly distinguishable from our tools and content. We do not blend ads with content in a way that could be misleading. Clicking on ads is voluntary and not required to use any tool on our platform. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed through Google AdSense, though we make reasonable efforts to ensure ads comply with Google's advertising policies.
